The Jeremiah Fund uses a sustainable funding model that combines:

Monthly rental assistance

Transitional support for up to 12 months
This isn’t short-term relief. It’s a structured path toward long-term independence.
Direct Support - A portion of donations is used immediately to help individuals secure housing.
Strategic Investment - Funds are also invested into income-generating vehicles such as real estate notes and funds.
Ongoing Returns - The returns from those investments are then used to continue funding rental assistance over time.
